全国で人気のあるメタルスッテゲーム。イカ先生こと富所潤さんと様々な釣りにチャレンジ中の長沢裕さんが、鳥取県鳥取市沖の日本海で釣り味も食味も人気のターゲットであるケンサキイカを狙う。鳥取県など山陰地方で人気の高いオモリを使った「オモリグ」と呼ばれる仕掛けと従来のメタルスッテを使った仕掛けを、イカの反応や潮の強弱で使い分け、ケンサキイカの微妙なアタリをキャッチしていく。日本三大砂丘の一つで鳥取県を代表する観光地である鳥取砂丘やケンサキイカの美味しさも紹介します。
